Twitch Drops

Connect your Twitch Account to Start Earning Rewards

Link your Twitch account to Juvio, watch eligible streams, and track drops delivered to your profile.

How to Connect

  1. Sign in to Juvio
    Use the account that should receive drops.
  2. Head to your Profile
    Open your Profile to continue.
  3. Click "Link Twitch"
    We'll send you to Twitch in a new tab to authorize.
  4. Authorize Juvio on Twitch
    Accept the request so we can confirm your Twitch ID.
  5. Confirm the Connection
    Back on Juvio, your profile should show "Account Linked" under the Twitch section.

Finding your Claimed Rewards

  1. Head to your Profile
    Open your Profile to continue.
  2. Click 'My Games' Section
    Open Your 'My Games' section and click the relevant game.
  3. Click 'Inventory' Section
    Open Your 'Inventory' section, look for your claimed reward under its respective category.
    Claimed Products may take 5-10 minutes to show in your inventory.
  4. No Drop?
    If a claimed drop hasn't shown up after 10 minutes, head to Support and create a ticket to get assistance.
