Team names must not contain political, sexual, institutional, racial content, or any vulgar language.

All participants must join the official Discord server after completing registration to ensure ease of communication before and during the tournament.

Cheating, third-party tools, or any kind of MODs are strictly prohibited.

Players must use their registered ID throughout the tournament. The in-game name must match the name used during registration until the tournament ends.

All players must be on time with a full 5-player lineup. If the team is late or unable to check in within 15 minutes after the scheduled match time, they will automatically forfeit.

If a game is paused due to disconnection, the opponent cannot unpause until 10 minutes have passed.

Changing team or player names after registration is strictly forbidden. Violations result in immediate disqualification, and the win is awarded to the opposing team.

Once a match has started, both teams are deemed to have agreed to the roster and match settings. No protests will be accepted regarding mismatched player names or game modes.

If a team agrees to allow a player with a mismatched name to participate, chat evidence must be saved for reference.

Multi-teaming is not allowed. If a player joins more than one team in the same tournament, both teams will be disqualified, and the player will be banned for the next 2 tournaments.

Harassment or offensive language toward opponents will result in an immediate forfeit.

To report misconduct, save the chat log (F5 screenshot) and submit it to the staff via Discord, including the offender's name.

Rematch (Re-game) policy:
-
Allowed if a player disconnects within the first 10 minutes, AND no kills or towers have occurred before disconnection.

Both teams must pick the same heroes as before.

If a kill or tower destruction has already occurred, the game must continue regardless of reconnection.

Pause requests:
-
Each team is allowed 1 pause per game, maximum 10 minutes, for technical issues or disconnects.

A player may not participate in more than one team within the same tournament. Violators will result in both teams being disqualified and the player banned from 2 future tournaments.

All players must refrain from vulgar, offensive, or unsportsmanlike behavior both in-game and on social media. Negative targeting of opponents is prohibited.

Exploiting in-game bugs for competitive advantage is strictly forbidden.

Streamers are allowed to livestream their matches but must add a 5-minute delay (300 seconds). Streamers must accept all risks, including stream sniping.

In the event of a server outage, the match result will be nullified.

All matches must be hosted using the TH (Thailand) server.
-
Match results must be submitted within 15 minutes after finishing.

Failure to do so results in a yellow card warning.

Two warnings = forfeit of the match.

Teams selected for live-streamed matches must not pause unless due to disconnection or network issues.
